Mohit Rastogi, MD, FACC, is board-certified in Electrophysiology. He works with patients at Capitol Cardiology Associates in Lanham, Camp Springs and Largo, Maryland. 

Dr. Rastogi, a native of the state of Maryland, is a specialist in cardiology and electrophysiology. He graduated from Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C., and trained in internal medicine at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. 

He received his specialty training in general cardiology and electrophysiology at Washington Hospital Center and Georgetown University Hospital. 

A trained specialist in rhythm problems of the heart (arrhythmias), Dr. Rastogi has performed over 1000 procedures treating various rhythm disorders of the heart. He is especially interested in the management and treatment of atrial fibrillation, ventricular tachycardia, and supraventricular tachycardia. 

Dr. Rastogi is trained and highly experienced in all electrophysiology procedures, including pacemaker implants, defibrillator implants, cardiac resynchronization therapy, implantable loop recorders, lead extraction, electrophysiology study, atrial flutter ablation, atrial fibrillation ablation, SVT ablation, and VT ablation.
