Austin Dikibo,

Austin Dikibo is a Board Certified Physician Assistant who joined Capitol Cardiology Associates in November 2021. He earned his Master of Health Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Quinnipiac University in Connecticut. Prior to that, he completed an Associate of Applied Science degree from Montgomery College and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Science from Bowie State University.

Before becoming a PA, Austin worked for nearly a decade as a Cardiac Sonographer, an experience that sparked his passion for cardiology and continues to shape his patient-centered approach to care. At Capitol Cardiology, he provides comprehensive management for patients with both chronic cardiovascular conditions in the clinic and acute cardiac illnesses in the hospital. He maintains hospital privileges at Doctors Community Medical Center and University of Maryland Capital Region Medical Center.

Austin is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Association of Physician Assistants in Cardiology, and the American College of Cardiology. He is dedicated to delivering the highest standard of cardiovascular care and takes pride in serving his community with compassion and excellence.

Outside of medicine, Austin enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two children. He resides in the Washington, D.C. metro area and values family as an important part of his life.
